Bill and Sonia
We always enjoyed Brian’s company and although we only knew him following Tony’s marriage to Beverly some thirty years ago it was obvious, that central to his life was his loving family and the support they gave him throughout his life. Inevitably our conversations returned time and time again to the progress of his two girls and both Brian and Patricia were over the moon when the grandchildren, Georgie and Sarah came. After Patricia’s death having his daughter Caroline fairly near was a great relief.
We hardly spoke of his early life only to say he was born in the 1920’s. Sonia and I have particular respect for that generation who bore so much hardship but for Brian to survive and reach the great age of ninety-three is an achievement in itself. Now as you leave this world to be reunited with Patricia, we thank you for your company and friendship.
Rest in Peace Brian and God Bless.
